Why Blue color is so rare?

When we think about the blue color the first object that appears in our mind is the sky. The sky contains a very huge amount of blue color which is even countless. When blue color does not appear in nature it’s related to other reasons than pigment.in many animals including birds, blue color appears due to the structure of the molecules.

The blue color is extremely rare and biologically it’s very difficult to produce.to achieves the blue color compound that observes the orange light, orange being complementary to blue. Not even a blue dog, blue whale, blue eyes of a human are not in blue. Generally, colors in the animals are produced due to whatever they eat while living inside the environment.

The blue color does depend upon the blue color is very hard to spot in nature because there is no naturally occurring compound to color things blue. That is why blue rocks and minerals are so rare in color. Animals and birds build on what they eat and they capture the color compound. It’s called the structural color which is shorter in the wavelength. The blue color developed synthetically.

The main reason has to do with the physics of light. Pigments appear the color of light they don’t absorb but instead, reflect. It’s very hard to create a blue color naturally it’s a difficult color to obtain until relatively synthetic dyes allowed any color to be made.

Blue is also a rare color in flowers and is seen on only 10 percent of flowering plants on earth. This has to do with the fact that there is no blue pigment in the plant kingdom and colors that to be blue are alterations of violet or purple.

Even if you search it on Google the rarest color shows the result as blue.

Blue is a very prominent color on earth. But when it comes to nature, the blue color is very rare. Pigments appear the color of the light they don’t absorb, but instead, reflect. The most common plant orpiment is green chlorophyll, so plants appear green because chlorophyll doesn’t digest, rather speculates green light.

Technically there is deep purple, not blue color. When two light rays collide with each other they are either produce a full intensity or no light wavelength at all.

The two light rays passing through are also bending at the correct angle, which helps to cause the blue color. The water will not absorb by the feathers of a peacock or any other animal or bird’s skin. Blue will last to remain a curiosity in nature.
